Eugeina T. Butler is a Partner and member of the Civil Litigation and Real Estate practice at Providence Law. She joined the Firm in 2013 and is experienced in a wide variety of legal areas. The scope of her practice includes general civil litigation, personal injury, employment law, mortgages and conveyances, wills and probate, divorce and matrimonial mattersinclusive of adoptions.
Eugeina received her Associates of Arts Degree in Law and Criminal Justice from the College of The Bahamas (with honors) in 2006, then went on to attain her Bachelor of Laws Degree (with honors) from the University of the West Indies in 2009. She then completed her Legal Education Certificate at The Eugene Dupuch Law School in 2011, and was also called to TheBahamas Bar in 2011. Since being called to the Bar, Eugeina has dedicated herself to advocating for her clients and continues to strive for excellence in the legal arena. Eugeina appears often before the Supreme Court of The Bahamas, and has made stellar representations on behalf of corporate clients before the Court of Appeal.
Eugeina is also passionate about giving back to the community and is an active member of the Bahamas Bar Association’s Legal Aid Committee.

Butler II and we have a beautiful four year old daughter named Felicity.
