Rochelle C. Sinclair-Butler received her BSc. Degree in Accounting from Saint Mary’s University, Nova Scotia, Cananda in 2003 and her Master’s Degree in Finance from Nova Southeastern University in 2013. She attained her CPA designation in 2022 and is licensed under the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy. After completing her BSc she was employed at Milo Butler & Sons Ltd in 2003 as an accountant and worked her way up to CFO. She served as CFO from 2008 to 2017 and served as Secretary to the Board for both Milo B. Butler & Sons Ltd and Milo Bulter & Sons Investments Company Ltd from 2009 to 2017 when she departed the company. She went on to be employed by KPMG Bahamas where she remained until 2021. At the time of her departure from KPMG she held the position of Senior Auditor. In 2021 she joined Clairmont Trust Company Limited and continues there today as the Corporate Accountant.
Rochelle also serves as CFO, Corporate Secretary, and director of Sindaroc Investments Limited, a residential real estate company located in The Bahamas.
Rochelle regularly contributes to charitable organizations and enjoys coaching and mentoring young professionals and athletes. She currently serves as President of the Blue Waves Swim Club located Nassau, Bahamas and served as Team Manager for The Bahamas Goodwill Swim Team 2023 which successfully won the championship.
